What this notice covers

This notice covers this website and the "Request a pilot place" form. Companies that use the BoardLit product are covered by the agreement and data processing terms they sign with us.

What we collect

When you send the form we receive what you enter: your name, work email, company, where the company is registered, your role, the number of directors on the board and what you want to fix first.

This website sets no cookies and uses no advertising or tracking tools. Like any website, our hosting provider handles the technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, to deliver the page and keep it secure.

How we use it

• To reply to your request and talk with you about a pilot.
• To keep a record of requests and when we answered them.

We do not sell your details.

Where it is kept

The website is hosted by Vercel. Requests are recorded in Google Workspace, which our team uses for email and records. These providers may store data outside your country, including in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep your request while we discuss a pilot with you. Ask us at any time and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent. Write to hello@boardlit.com.

Changes

If this notice changes, we will update this page and its date.
